What is your return policy?
Vlume offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love our products, but understand if you need a different style.
Products can only be returned/exchanged if they are still in good condition and packaging. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
We will accept returns of current merchandise within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise noted (shipping cost non-refundable).

Do you ship to me?
We only ship within the US at the moment. We are working towards expanding soon!

All of your products are coming to you straight from California.
When will my order ship?
Each order is carefully hand picked and packed to order within 1-3 business days.

How long does shipping take?
We’ve got options, because sometimes you need it, and sometimes you need it right now.
Once we ship out your order, we’ll shoot you an email with all the deets: shipping confirmation, tracking number, etc.

Route Shipping Insurance
Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost or stolen.
In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. *By deselecting package protection, VLUME LASHES is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you received the WRONG items please contact us at email@example.com within3 business days and we’ll be sure to get you the RIGHT items ASAP! Please note that this only applies to items that you did not purchase and therefore don’t appear on your order receipt.
How many times can I reuse the cluster lashes?
Every cluster box comes with enough cluster segments for at least 7 full lash sets.
The clusters are not intended for being reused, however DIY lash customers have been able to reuse them depending on how you care for them, wear them, and clean them.
TIP: Using less cluster glue goes a long way in making them last for reuse.
How many times can I reuse a strip lash?
Our strip lashes are reusable up to 30x!
Each lashes product description indicates up to how many times the specific style can be used. Note the usage may vary per style due to the thickness of the fibers.
TIP: Make sure you remove the lash glue from the band after each use.
Are your lashes cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our lashes are Cruelty-Free. Our lashes are created with high quality synthetic fibers.
No animal or human hairs are used in the creation of our lashes, and no product is created by or tested on animals.
Help! I want to change my order.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately with your order number and the changes you'd like to make to your order. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters the fulfillment process, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes.
Kindly note that once an order enters fulfillment, or has been shipped, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it.

I placed my order, but I need to change the address...
We got you. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and correct address within an hour of purchase during business hours and we’ll fix it no problem!
By the way, we can only make changes to an order before the packing process and changes may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches, promotions, etc.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ALREADY SHIPPED?
Oops! At this point Vlume is unable to make changes to an order. While you’re welcome to contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number, we cannot guarantee the carrier will be able to make changes.
