Vlume offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love our products, but understand if you need a different style! 

Can I return or exchange?

Products can only be returned/exchanged if they are still in good condition and packaging. Used-looking products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

We will accept returns of current merchandise within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise noted (shipping cost non-refundable).

*Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes, a $5 return fee will be deducted from your final refund. Exchanges are FREE!

What if my item is defective?

We will replace any defective items and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and prepare to provide photo receipt.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return is received, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post.
